Reservation will
take effect from the time the tenant has returned one copy of the present
contract, dated, signed and enclosing the deposit, i.e, at least 20% of
the total cost of stay.
The remainder of the cost of rental to be paid on arrival.
Any cancellation should be notified by registered letter before taking
possession. The deposit will be retained by the holiday village « le
Lomagnol ».
If the tenant is net present on the day appointed by the contract, and is
still not there 24 hours later, and if the tenant has not cancelled his
reservation, the present contract will be considered to be terminated. The
gite or the site will then be available for another rental and the deposit
will be retained.
In the case of the stay being interrupted by the tenant, and the
responsibility of the Holiday village « Le Lomagnol » is not in cause,
there will be no reimbursement except for the deposit of guarantee (in the
case of gites). Settling in a gite or on a campsite will be after the
formalities of the stay have been completed at the réception.
The rented premises are for holiday use, excluding any professional,
commercial or craft activities.
The tenant can in no way be allowed to stay on the premises after the end
of the rental period as indicated in the present contract. The tenant will
make use of the rental in a peaceful manner and in the way for which it is
destined, and will make sure that it is looked after and maintained in a
perfect state. The number of persons occupying it should not be more than
the maximum capacity as indicated in the catalogue, or in the descriptive
( i. e. 6 persons) in a gite.
Concerning, the gites : a guarantee deposit will be paid on taking
over the rented place (2000 Frs) to cover the loss of or damages which could
occur to objects, furniture or anthing else. It will be returned to the
tenant on departure (after inventory of fixtures), at least within 2 months
after departure date, having, deducted the cost of any damage, loss of
objects or keys etc. If the guarantee deposit is insufficient the tenant
is to make up the amount. This deposit in no way can be considered as part
payment of the rent.

Inventory of
fixtures and inventory : on arrival the tenant will have 12 hours to verify
the inventorv which is posted inside the gite. Any anomalies should be
notified to the reception. After this, the obiects rented will be
considered without damage or missing when the tenant takes possession.
On departure, the inventory of fixtures and the inventory will be done by
the tenant and the holiday village "Le Lomagnol", an appointment
having been made the day before departure at the reception. If departure
occurs when it is closed, your cheque will be sent on when all bas been
checked. If the cleaning of your gite is found to be insufficient after
departure, a sum of 250 Frs will be requested.
All degradation and breakages will be invoiced at the cost of repairs and
replacement.
Tenants are requested net to make any noise that might bother their neighbours.
Animals are allowed, one per familv, they must be kept on a lead, be
vaccinated and are not allowed on the beach or at the swimming pool.
Campers and tenants of sites are permitted to have visitors who will be
under their responsibility they must pav the entrance fee.
Vehicles must keep to 10 kmph, and not park in front of the entrances.
Circulation is forbidden on the camping site between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Tenants of gites must park in their reserved places. Visitors must park
outside. Everyone must see to it that they do nothing that can hinder the
cleanliness, the hygiene and the aspect of the holidav village.
Rubbish must be put in the bins.
Washing should be hung out in a discreet manner.
Respect plants and flower beds.
No games that are violent or a nuisance are allowed.
Bathing is strictly prohibited at night and when there is no surveillance.
For security reasons, children must be accompanied to the play areas,
washrooms and for bathing.
Individual bonfires and barbecues are strictly forbidden.
If a fire breaks out alert the reception at once.
The management is net responsable for your personal possessions.
Even though there is close surveillance, let the reception know of any
suspicious persons on the premises. |
